  WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had asked if they could replicate the top of my wedding cake, for our one year anniversary, which got destroyed in Hurricane Sandy, they said "yes". I even had lent them a professional photo of the cake for them to model after. The cake was made correctly on the inside but the outside was horrible looking! First off, the woman who helped me didn't even congratulate me on the anniversary, a few simple words go a long way! Second, it looked like a beginner did the polka dots and that was all he did! The top piping looked terrible as well, the lines did not match up. I was able to get $3 off the cake because it was not what I had asked for. I called later in the week to let them know how a paying customer felt about the terrible work and the woman did not apologized but only said, "well I guess he had done his interpretation of the photo." I work in the customer service industry and an apology is #1 and #2 is correcting the error. I told them I will no longer be going there due to the lack of customer service. I recommend never going to Swan Bakery!
